Our micro-apartment with garden boasts a smart interior design concept and is designed to be absolutely functional.

The micro apartment has been completely refurbished and the available space has been used very thoughtfully and efficiently proving that not much space is needed to live. A private garden (with a partial lake view) is included in the rent. In addition, there is a parking space in a neighboring property, which is included in the rent.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and has high-quality Miele appliances: a SmartLine module hob with induction-heated PowerFlex cooking area, a compact oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a built-in fridge with freezer compartment and an exclusive wine cabinet. The devices can be networked via the Miele@home app.

The en suite wet cell (shower/toilet) has built-in furniture with its own washing machine and tumbler from Miele, as well as spacious wall units.

The apartment also has a home office area, various built-in cupboards, a foldable wall table and connections for internet and cable TV, and there is also a separate storage room with shelves.
